London, 10th September. Over 500 guests watched in jaw-dropping shock as America's biggest Backyard Wrestling stars grappled, mauled and even stapled each other in a gruesome spectacle that made Jackass look like little more than a playground stunt.
Josh Prohibition was wrestled into submission by BYW heavyweight champion Mdogg-20. And the finale between King of Hardcore Mad Man Pondo and home grown talent The Iceman featured eye-watering weaponry such as fluorescent light tubes, steel chairs and baseball bats wrapped in barbed wire.
Temperatures of the crowd reached boiling point when the Backyard Babes entered the ring to cheer on their idols.
US stars Mad Man Pondo, Josh Prohibition and Mdogg-20 and all feature in Backyard Wrestling: Don't Try This At Home, available on PlayStation 2 and Xbox in October.
