FEATURES
Eidos has released the first screenshots from the PlayStation 2 and Xbox versions of its backyard wrestling game called Backyard Wrestling: Don't Try This at Home. The game is based on the Backyard Wrestling video series and as such will allow players to perform ridiculous stunts like jumping off ladders, rooftops, and cars. The game will also feature a damage model in which characters will show signs of injury depending on where they've been hit.
"The team is focused on taking the content and action of the Backyard Wrestling series above and beyond the norm of a typical wrestling game," says Allen Fernandez, project director of Paradox Development. "By implementing technology that allows for the gamers to fully explore and utilize the environment, as well as a ground-breaking damage system, we feel we are able to offer the gamer an unprecedented wrestling experience."

Backyard Wrestling: Don't Try This at Home is scheduled for release on the PlayStation 2 and Xbox this summer.
